SWIMMING!!!

Should've flip-flopped these two posts about swimming. After our "non"swimming encounter in Memphis, we decided to let Conner try it again at Uncle Joe's. This time he got in...not immediately, but eventually. :)

We broke out the boat from last year, and he was much more comfortable in it rather than the arm floaties.

Could it be true?! A FAMILY PICTURE!!!!

....with Cayden too! ;) Of course Conner wasn't looking...I have a feeling family pics will get harder and harder to capture. Ha!!

That's about as far as Conner would get to the pool...seems content though! ;)

Devin got right in...

David tried to convince him to get in, but he was NOT going to budge. The boy wasn't too fond about the thought of actually getting in the pool...he just wanted to be Coach Conner and tell everyone to jump in themselves. He would say..."Jump Pappaw!"..."Jump Daddy!"

It kind of caught us off guard cause last year, he went right in. He's a year older now and has his own ideas and even some more fears/hesitations. Oh well, I wasn't going to force it. He finally decided to put his little feet in the water. :)

The Wedding...

I could just KICK myself....I failed to get a family picture yet again or a single picture of the bride and groom. The wedding was beautiful, and everything went so smoothly.

At least I got a few pictures of David and myself...we matched, and honestly didn't plan it!! Gotta love that! ;)

Here's Conner Man doing the chicken dance at the rehearsal. He looked adorable in his outfit. As you can see by his rosy cheeks, it was a wee bit hot. Didn't stop him though. ;)

Brandon & Ginny's Rehearsal Dinner

This past weekend we went to Senatobia for Brandon and Ginny's wedding. At the rehearsal dinner, Conner kept wanting to sit by Brandon and couldn't figure out why he wasn't paying as much attention to him as usual...he had to share Brandon that night. ;) Anyway, look how proud Conner is to FINALLY be sitting on the man of the hour's lap!!! He looks up to him so much...and we don't mind one bit!

As you can see, he LOVES him some Ginny too. He leaned in close to her as I took the picture...smart kid! ;)

We're saying, "Good job!!"...Conner's trying to figure out the whole thumbs up thing. :)

Pappaw and his two grandsons...It looks like they ain't sure what to think about one another in this pic, but they truly, for the most part get along. Devin isn't too happy when he has to share his Mammaw & Pappaw. He's used to being the only one around, and Conner feels the same way about having to share his toys!! Ha! :) They'll both have to get over it!
