We've entered the journey of potty training, and overall, it's been a success. We're not there yet, but Conner is showing more and more progress every day. (school and home) He'll have a few accidents here and there and is still in pull-ups at night. He's so funny and gets so excited when he tee-tees and poopees. ;) We've ditched the little potty and have resorted to Conner sitting backwards on the big potty in preparation for those "ever-so-lovely" public restroom trips that are inevitability in our future. It's working MUCH better!! He loves to flush the toilet and close the lid when he's finished. Then it's hand-washing and M&M time! Ha!

Baker is 4 and he's still in pull-ups at night! And he JUST got the potty thing down in February! And he's just recently reverted back to pooping in his pants!!!
I sure hope your potty experience goes better than mine! Especially after the new baby arrives. Good luck!
